The business is centred around cultivating and supplying premium shiitake mushrooms initially, progressing to other variety offerings such as lion’s mane and turkey tail. By concentrating initially on Shitake Mushrooms, it aims to thoroughly understand local preferences, assess market demand, and refine its cultivation processes to deliver exceptional products.
